South Park Commons

South Park Commons, located in the City of Santa Rosa, serves as a model for integrated supportive housing that includes a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with a 50% set-aside for people experiencing chronic homelessness.  The project includes indoor and outdoor on-site amenities such as a common laundry room, a community room, and abundant outdoor space including seating areas, a playground, and play field.
